These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between the 7ace platform and its users. 7ace (www.7ace.best) is an online gaming platform offering Sports Betting, casino games, slots, and live games to adult users in Bangladesh.

• Opening an account in someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making your first withdrawal. This requires submitting photos of the front and back of your national ID, along with a selfie. General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer is valid once per person, household, or device.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Wagering requirements are generally 10 to 30 times the bonus amount — this may vary depending on the specific offer's terms.
• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited once the bonus expires.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is generally not allowed unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Voucher codes are single-use and must be redeemed on your own account.

7ace believes bonus terms should be clear and straightforward. That's why the terms for each offer are written out separately — make sure you read them before claiming a bonus.

• If a technical error occurs during a game, the affected round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7ace. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts in breach of the rules to claim bonuses, or attempting to manipulate bonuses in any way.
• Introducing funds from money laundering or illegal sources into the platform.
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or hacking attempt.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another player's account.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Assisting anyone under the age of 18 in using the platform.
• Unauthorized use or distribution of the platform's software or content.

7ace reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions — particularly the prohibited activities listed in Section 6.
• Submitting false or fraudulent information during KYC verification.
• If evidence is found that a single person holds multiple accounts.
• Suspicious transaction patterns indicative of money laundering.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or account closure).

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and no terms have been violated, that balance will be refunded. The refund process takes 5 to 10 business days.
